The health and safety of our community is our #1 priority. However, we won’t let social distancing keep us from coming together...in a new way! We are excited to announce that our WALK to End Hydrocephalus is going virtual!
On August 8th, WALK (roll… dance…jog…) wherever you are. Sleep in and skip the early morning drive to Magnuson Park. Put on your hydrocephalus shirt if you have one, head outside, and raise awareness in your neighborhood and by sharing a photo or video on social media using #HydroStrong and tag @hydroassoc and @SeattleHydroWalk.
Registered participants will have access to some fun extras like a Seattle WALK playlist to motivate you while you move, printable signs to carry, a social media challenge, virtual meet ups, and MORE! Watch your email and follow our Facebook and Instagram pages for details and updates.
Now more than ever we need to feel connected. And, right now more than ever, the Hydrocephalus Association needs us to help them make it through this pandemic so that they can continue to provide the support and educational services to our families and continue to fund research that is already so promising. Together (apart), we are unstoppable!
