Due to the aftermath caused by Hurricane Florence in this area, the WALK to End Hydrocephalus site is unusable at this time.  This has resulted in our need to make the Eastern Carolina event a "virtual WALK."
What does that mean?  A "virtual WALK" is just the same as the regular WALK -- participants register, they raise money, they qualify for recognition items (including the WALK T-shirt for everyone raising $75 or more) but instead of coming out on the day of the event participants who wish "walk" at a date/time and location of their choice.  (Some participants may not feel the need to fulfill the "walk" requirement, some will...that's a personal choice.)

Please know that even though our area took a big hit with the Hurricane the need for hydrocephalus is still great -- the Hydrocephalus Association still needs the money raised by this event to fulfill its mission.  Please register, please raise money!
We thank you for your understanding for 2018 and hope we'll be back bigger and stronger than ever in 2019.  If you have any questions please contact
